Some of My Concerns

The filter change is a breeze but a little messy. My handy tip is to depressurize the system before changing the filters by using the red button on the top.

My only 2 concerns are the sports on the filter bracket. They are not well tapered to be sealed well. You might need a lot of Teflon tape and some pipe dope to get a tight seal.

Secondly, We still need to install a water softener if we have a problematic water issue. Typically with TDS higher than 700 PPM. High challenging water levels reduce the lifespan of the whole house water filter system’s cartridges—the more complex the water, the greater the scale build-up. As a result, the filters get clogged sooner.

Note: Whole house filter systems and water softeners usually do not lower the TDS level of water. A reverse osmosis system may be needed for your drinking water needs. You should consult the iSping professionals before making any further purchases, though.
